I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing trouble reactivating your account. Do any errors come up when you try to reactivate? Would you be able to share a screenshot so we can see what you see? How far in the reactivation process do you get before it stops? In case there is sensitive information shared, please forward your answers to social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com along with your username and we would be happy to continue assisting you with this privately.
