working on contacts

Very frustrating when you are working on one list of your contacts, and you want to go back to that list after making a correction and it takes you all the way back to ALL your contacts combined!!!

Re: working on contacts

Hello @StaceyA36,

I want to thank you for posting this on the Community.

I'm sorry to hear about this frustration. I know editing your contacts can be a pain especially when you have hundreds/thousands of them. That said, what exactly were you trying to update when you experienced this issue? If you would like, we would be happy to find a solution so that this does not happen again in the future. Please feel free to send an email to social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com with the following information:

  • Your account username
  • A brief description of your issue
  • A reference to this post

Get back to us with this information and we'll do our best to assist! Thank you for using Constant Contact, have a great day!
