If I'm getting new emails from the same resourse every two weeks, is it best to make a new Email List??? Or just add them to the same Email List??

Whether or not to put the contacts you collect from the same resource into one or different lists would be at your discretion. If the contacts are all coming from the same place and you'd like for them to receive all the same emails, then it would be simpler to add them to one list and send your campaigns to that complete list. If you don't plan on sending the contacts the same campaigns, or want to create lists based on the date they joined for any reason, then creating new lists might be the best option.
