Are you monitoring my sent e-mails and putting names from that to "my" list on your system?
This isn't an "idea", but a QUESTION. I sent a mailing this morning, and have been reviewing the "bounces". There are many names on the "bounces" that give the appearance of having been harvested from e-mails that I have SENT from my e-mail client, but would NEVER have requested that they be included on my Constant Contact list. How could that be?
Thank you for reaching out to the Community with your question. Our system would never monitor or add contacts from your personal email client on its own. However one way contacts from your email client can get added into your account is if you have a plugin that pulls your contacts into Constant Contact. If you have any further questions on how these contacts are being added, you also can always reach out to our Account Review team and they can continue to look into this with you.
