That's a great question. At Constant Contact, we don't recommend you use the same account for multiple businesses. It isn't possible to have multiple signatures/business info so you would have to switch it depending on mailing. The other problem that is possible when using the same account is that if contacts receive an email from the other business and haven't requested to receive them it can escalate spam complaints and cause a compliance issue.
