many of our current newsletter readers are elders, and some like to print our newsletters for easier reading. for this reason, we like to make PDFs of our newsletters to ensure proper formatting and post them to our website. is there a way we can create the newsletter in constant contact and then PDF it for archiving purposes?
That is absolutely possible! I can see how having those PDFs for printing, or storing elsewhere would be useful. A full walkthrough of the downloading process with screenshots can be found here.
I used to be able to created a PDF from a draft campaign for showing to my bosses. I can no longer do that? I have to send the email now to show it?
Thank you for reaching out to us through the Community. Within our Legacy editor we had the ability to print the email campaign on the preview/test screen. Within our newer Third-Generation editor that option is not currently available. To have the ability to print the email campaign you will need to have sent the email campaign out. I do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. With that being said, I have tracked a feature request to your account to notify our developers about having this ability within our newer Third-Generation editor. Let us know if you have any further questions.
