I took a look at your account and it seems like the account you are trying to share to needs to be re-connected to your Constant Contact account. Can you try logging into your account, accessing your latest campaign and then click Share Again? You should then be able to re-connect the Social account that you wish to share to. Here are the full instructions on setting that up.
