Great question! If the image is yours (or available for you to use with Copyright permissions) you can usually right click and save the image to your computer. An alternative is to pull the image into your campaign using the image URL. It looks like you might be using Chrome or Safari so I've included those directions below or if you are working in another browser check out this FAQ.
1. Open the webpage with the image
2. Right click on the image (PC) OR Ctrl-Click the image (Mac)
3. Select "Copy image URL"

Once you have the URL for the image you will want to go into the edit mode of your campaign and click to edit the block or area you would like to include the image. Click Image on the left Insert menu and then click the Image URL tab at the top of the overlay.
