I was able to go into your account and see the upload you completed. It does look like only 1877 contacts were uploaded. Several different things could have caused this if you had a bigger list. Do you have multiple tabs on your file? When uploading our system will only take the first tab, so all contacts would have to be on that first page. Here is an article that explains how to upload a file of contacts. Without seeing the file it is hard to pinpoint exactly what happened. If you would like us to take a look at that file for you please email it to us at communitysupport(at)constantcontact(dot)com with a reference to this post. We can then go take a look and see what may have happened in the upload process.
