Quick Tips: Resend Right Away

A wise man once said, “For every task there is a tool.” Well, here at Constant Contact we definitely have all the tools you’ll ever need for resending a recent email. No matter what the reason!


Missed People Who Just Signed Up?

Here’s how you can target those new additions to your list:


  1. Click on More to the right of your email name under the Campaigns tab of your account.
  2. Click “Resend to.”
  3. Select the list your new contacts were added to, choose a time to send, click send now or schedule.

Someone Requests Another Copy?

Got someone telling you they’ve missed the email? Just jump into your contacts and: 


  1. Search your contact lists for the individuals you want to resend your email to.
  2. Place a check next to each contact you want to send to.
  3. Click More Actions above their email address, select QuickSend.
  4. Choose your email from the drop-down menu.
  5. Click Send to recipients.

Need to Send Out A Corrected Version?

We all make mistakes sometimes. You can quickly correct your mistakes and send your email out again. All you need to do is:


  1. Copy your sent email.
  2. Fix any mistakes or add any updates you need.
  3. Change the subject line to reflect the updates.
  4. Send your email.

No matter which way you choose to resend an email, your contacts will be happy you remembered them!
