Due to an issue with YouTube, inserting videos in your emails is showing an error. Until they are able to resolve this issue, we recommend using a different video hosting service. We will continue to monitor this outage and update you as we have more information.
I am not receiving emails that are coming from Constant Contact. Many of my customers send us emails that are important and back in June we stopped receiving them. We have checked our Spam filters, the customer shows that the messages were delivered, we show that we never receive them. Our IT contact has checked all emails coming into our system and they are not there.
I apologize you are not receiving the emails our users are sending you. I took a look at your email address in our system and can see you are not being blocked. You are marked in our system as able to send to. Because of this I would suggest whitelisting Constant Contact. We also have a team of Deliverability Specialists who can help look further into this as well.
I am told by our Cybersecurity Team that Whitelisting the email address will not work. We would need to whitelist a specific IP address and because the emails are coming from different IP addresses each time they are sent, it cannot be done.
Is there a way for a specific IP address to be assigned to one sender? As a recipient this is very frustrating. Our IT folks will not whitelist Constantcontact.com.
Because these emails are being sent through Constant Contact, you can whitelist the IP addresses listed here. Once you have done this, you can then ask one of your senders to resend their most recent email to you. Please let us know if this helps!
