Since we primarily deal with email marketing, email addresses are a requirement for all contacts uploaded into our system. Whether they're added through a file, singularly, or via a sign-up form, email addresses are a must.
Email addresses are what also determine a unique contact, that way our billing can be as streamlined and accurate as possible, and to ensure that campaigns are being sent out in an orderly fashion.
You could potentially utilize a sign-up form from outside of our system, but we would not be able to import email-less contacts into your account.
