Thinking about signing up but have a question I can't find a straight answer to.

I am in the bridal business and I get an email list of brides every three months. It includes their wedding date. I have on average 14 months to market to them (a very short marketing window and one time buyers).  Can I set it up to have Constant Contact automatically unsubscribe these brides 1 month before their wedding date on a weekly basis so I won't get so many unsubscribes and to keep my list fresh. I do NOT want to do this manually as it would take forever. Does CC do this?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. That is a great question! We do require our customers to have permission based lists, and your contacts can always unsubscribe from your list as needed. We do have a delete option for your contacts, but not an automated unsubscribe feature.

 

You can delete full lists of your contacts, but this would be a manual process because we do not remove anything from our customers' accounts. Let us know if you have any other questions, we are always happy to help!
