I'm sorry to hear that your contacts aren't receiving the email when they sign up through your Wix site. Is the contact you are adding already on your list? If it's already been entered into the system, the Welcome Email will not trigger. In this case, I would try adding an email that has never been in the account. If this is not the case, please send us an email to social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com with your username, a reference to this post, your website address, the location of the Constant Contact sign up form and any addresses you have attempted to add that haven't received the email and we are happy to take a deeper look at the problem.
