Why am I being asked to upgrade for a campaign that I just created

I don't understand why am I being asked to upgrade for a campaign that I just created. 10/03/2015 - Please advise. I do not want to upgrade, but don't know what I did wrong.

Constant Contact offers multiple Toolkit packages- Email, Email Plus, and Personal Marketing Manager. Your account appears to be set up with the Email Toolkit- which gives you access to create and send as many email campaigns as you'd like to your customers and clients. If you received a prompt to upgrade it may have been that the campaign type you created was not something that comes with the Email Toolkit package. You can view all of the differences and features of the packages by going into your account and clicking on My Account>View Plans and Pricing.
