How are soft bounces reported?

Hi @AmyH658 

 

That's a great question! Soft bounces are tracked in our system and categorized as Mailbox Full or Vacation/Auto-Reply. While on the other hand, hard bounces are marked as Non-Existent, Suspended, and Undeliverable.
