That's a great question! Soft bounces are tracked in our system and categorized as Mailbox Full or Vacation/Auto-Reply. While on the other hand, hard bounces are marked as Non-Existent, Suspended, and Undeliverable. Here is an article from our Help Center that helps go over these different types of bounce categories.
