Great question! We do have a Basic Letter template you can choose from the Template picker after clicking on the orange "Create" button and "Send an email."
As far as PDF attachments, while our editor does not have an attachment function you can upload the PDFs to the Library tab in your account and then create text hyperlinks in the e-mail that will link to those PDFs.
1. Write out the text you want to turn into a hyperlink and then highlight it.
2. Click on "Document Link" in the Insert dropdown menu.
3. Upload the PDF document if necessary, or select it from the existing documents (none shown), then...
4. Hit Insert. It will change the highlighted text to a hyperlink.
