"Account Cancelled"



I have create an account, verified it, then 30 minutes later, I tried to log in and it said that my account was cancelled and that I should contact Customer support, but the live chat seems to be down. I've also tried creating a new account with a different email address and got the same problem when I tried to log in the next day.
