updating email list

I have gone through my whole list and have a new one to replace it, with corrections, changes, deletions and additions.  How do I import the new list and remove the old one?

Thank you for reaching out to the Constant Contact Community. That's a great question!

In order to start with a brand new list, you will first want to delete your contacts out of the account. You can find those instructions here. After that, you can upload your new spreadsheet so that all contacts are in your updated format. Please let us know if you need anything else!
