Just started with CC recently. We've sent multiple emails for an upcoming fundraiser to our donors and apparently a local college has now determined that ANY and ALL emails from our agency are spam. No one at the college is able to receive our emails. Does this sound plausible? If so, is there anything that can be done to correct this situation on the part of CC? Or do I need to connect with the college IT dept?
Hello @CarolJ38. Great question! We understand how important deliverability is to you. It is possible that their Internet Service Provider (ISP) may be blocking one of Constant Contact's IP addresses. We don't always send your email from the same IP address, so we can't determine which particular IP address has been blocked by the college. You would need to reach out to the college and have them whitelist all of Constant Contact's IP addresses. You can find out more information about whitelisting, including all of our sending IP addresses here.
