Thank you so much for checking out the Nonprofit Hub! 

I can't say I have much inside experience with nonprofits, but I can only imagine the work involved, let alone just the marketing for it! 

That said, nonprofits come in all shapes and sizes and cover a wide range of missions. Our hope is the Nonprofit Hub will be a place where people can kick up their feet, find like-minded individuals, and foster meaningful discussions around the nonprofit space.

My name is Jeff Buckner. I am excited to be getting started with CC. I provide IT services and consulting to SMBs and especially love working with non-profits. I'm writing a book about how non-profits can leverage technology to increase donations and improve their constituency relationship management. Thank you for joining our Non-profit hub! IT services is vitally important in this day and age of remote working and ever growing dependence on the digital space to grow business and movements. Constant Contact does offer tools such as collecting donations through email or on a Donations landing page.

Hi Nick,

I am the membership chair for a genealogy society and we just started with CC. We are growing very fast and have very few volunteers. I want to learn CC design and what CC can o to make my life easier but I do not have the time to watch all of the videos and try to apply them to what I need specifically. Is there someone that could be a point person or guide me in getting started with templates that is not going to break the bank? The sales person that signed us up seems to no longer be available. I called and someone just wanted to sign me up for another 50$ a month for support; we cannot afford that. I can get board approval for a one time or twice training but not much more. Suggestions?

Welcome to Constant Contact! The current email builder is set up to make creating emails simple, and straightforward. For getting started with the email builder, I'd recommend following along with this article when you're creating your first email.

Once you have your first, "master template" created, I'd recommend adding it to a folder on its own. That way you can easily find it to copy it for future editing and usage.

When you have the time, we also have a Getting Started guide (also available in video format), with relevant links for newcomers using the system. You're also welcome to call our general support so they can work 1:1 with you, and also screenshare while you're logged into your Constant Contact account.
