We have twice had situations in which a reistrant wanted to add a guest, in the second case without the added guest adding to the fees at all. There should be a less convoluted way to make such additions (or subtractions), without asking the registrant to go back and re-register from scratch, then ex-ing out of pay pal to avoid double payment.
