Add multiple days to events

It would be great if we could set up an event like a workshop series with multiple days on one event.  Or, allow us to open up a finished event and change the date.  We have a three evening workshop where they can attend one or all for the same price.  Currently we have to create three different events and if they register for the first one and check the registration box that they are coming all three nights, they still can only save the first night to their calendar automatically.
