Adding Terms & Conditions Text & Checkbox Option

I was able to replicate a Terms and Conditions option on the registration form, but unfortunately only was allotted so many characters upon doing so, as well as no way to create links for external sites. I think this would be a great feature to add to your already awesome list, but definitely something that can be highlighted and appreciated by your fan base.
