Blocking multiple replies from same person

Is there a way to track responses by email? We are trying to prevent multiple response from same person. At the same time allowing people who share a computer to respond from separate emails.

Are you working with a survey or something else?

There is a way to prevent a survey from being taken more than once on a specific computer but we can't prevent a reply via email from the same user more than once.
