CC on participant registration

We need to be able to CC a participant's registration but are unable to at the moment. Anyway this can be implemented?

for example: John Smith registers for an event but needs to send a copy to his receptionist, or his superior, etc... A "cc" or "bcc" would be nice to have so that more than just the registrant gets the confirmation email.  Thanks!
