Contact Changes Due to upgrade of Event/RSVP programming.

We spoke on the phone this morning to Bill in Contacts and Neal, Supervisor regarding a contact issue which we realized was connected to your Event/RSVP program we have been using for several years. Recently your upgrade to the Event program changed our original contact to show the First Name of the RSVP - thereby changing the original contact name. We were unaware of this until someone looking in our contact lists for specific names saw that the contact name had been changed to a child's name of that family contact. We learned that once the RSVP comes back - the First Name is updated as the contact name. This has caused a lot of headaches - and we understand there is nothing you are able to do about this at this time. We would like you to reinstate the original application that leaves the contact name in place when an RSVP comes back. We would also like to ask for a credit to be applied to the Grace account. This has been a major inconvenience; and now we have to come up with another way to handle our weekly RSVP events. Thank you. Candee Heald 206 842 9997 candee@gracehere.org
