Custom Template needs CSS sheet import feature

While the custom template is okay and suitable enough for informal events, in the future we would like the ability to make the registration page more branded. It would be awesome if you allowed us the capability of attaching our own stylesheet like we can with the emails to completely customize the look of the registration form.
