Difficulty with placement of payment options

I had payment option under the registrant and then I allowed addition people to come. It repeated the payment options under them. It was difficult finding how to change this. I believe that it changed when I changed the wording of the the people form additional adult to registrant or something like that. I am not really sure. Never got the discount to work so I added a cheaper option and deleted the discount.
