Disallow User of Apple Safari Brower

Disallow use of Apple Safari browser until it is optimized for EventSpace. We had multiple issues with Safari-based registrations, whether by desktop or mobile. If someone called in with problems registering, my first question was if they were using Safari. The answer was "Yes" nearly 100% of the time.
