Hi CC, We keep getting an error when we try to download the declined list. Doesnt make sense why all other reports work but this one. Also, the work around of copying and pasting the web page is not helpful when you have to go through each name and remove hyperlinks. This has been a problem for over a year. When will this be fixed?
Thanks for posting, I am sorry for the frustation this has caused. We're aware of this problem and it's being worked on by our engineering team btu I do not have a timeframe for when this will be resolved. Would you like me to leave your case open to have you notifed when this is fixed?
