Email copying within event

I know we can copy emails within an event, however I would like to suggest that an option be available when coping an email sent to non-respondents that you can add recipients and lists to send the email to. It really saves time, but we have a number of events in which we send out the first and second round of invites to a select priority group for first choice of registration,however once that time period is up we then want to send the same or very similar email that we sent to non-respondents to an additional list. Quite often the initial invite does not have the particular information in it that the second email sent to non-respondents does. It would help us save significant time in an understaffed office if we could use the non respondent email and have an option to change and add recipients and lists. This way we won't have to call the 800 number and clog up the line, and waste everyone's time. Thanks
