I called in today because I'm having an issue with my event. Guests have registered for my event without paying when in fact they need to pay for the tickets. I use "items" instead of "fees" because fees do not give us the ability to ask for all contact information when adding on additional guests (they only give us the ability to ask for first name and last name). The sponsors of our events are paying to receive full contact information. Constant Contact is not working for us, unfortunately. We will now be looking into other systems for our event registrations.
