We are running an event for which general tickets are sold at a given price. However, we have offered reduced price sales to a group of specific named individuals, to whom we've given a promo code. So there's a place on the registration form for those individuals to enter the code. However, I've seen many cases where the general ticket buyers who do not have a code are stumped by the field that says "Promo Code". They contact me and ask, "What do I enter for the Promo Code?". There should be some way of editing the field label to give some explanitory text. Such as "PROMO CODE -- Invited volunteers enter your code. All others leave blank." I've added a custom text block to that effect, but the positioning and size of the text makes it not obvious that the text refers to the Promo code, and not to the field above the text..
