Export names on individual reports

I was trying out the Export function as a way to view all of my individual results from a survey.  Once I exported it, the names of the respondents were removed from the list of Individual Results!?  Why were they taken away?  It should be up there PERMANENTLY!  This is data we need to be able to access throughout the year!!

Hello Pam,

 

The missing responses issue that you are experiencing is something that our engineering team is aware of, and working to correct as soon as possible. Additionally there is a workaround, which allows us to refresh the survey, which brings back the individual results. I checked your Constant Contact account, and confirmed that the workaround has been applied and that your responses are correctly displaying. Sorry for the inconvenience this caused, and thanks for using Constant Contact!
