Item Selections

I am setting up t-shirts that are for sale. It makes the page so long to list every size. Is it possible to set them up in a drop down box so that I can just choose my size and have an input box next to it with quantity? It would make the form more compact. Same with the meal selection. I have two options meat and vegetarian. I would be nice if that was a drop down instead of a list.
