On Oct 22, 2015 - made a one-time donation type and had three separte charges of $40.00 come out of their account, Please research _ I am refunding the additional $80.00 today from my Foundation bank account.
I am sorry to hear this happened, is it possible that they submitted the donation more than once or got an error during the process? Do you have any other reports of this happening?
