Letting Registrants Know Check Payment Received

We receive many registrations by check. I suggest there be an email that that goes out automatically to the registrant when we manually change payment from pending to complete with the ability to include a personal note that may include when payment received or check number. It should also confirm all registration details that they receive after registering.
