Manually Decline an Invited Registrant

I am trying to mark someone as declined, but since the email bounced, it isn't letting me change them to decline - it is telling me there isn't anyone on the list with that email. I can't delete them from the email invitation, so they are stuck in never never land. Having the ability to clean up this list would be helpful.

I double checked this for you and as long as the email was sent through the event you will be able to decline the address even if it bounced. If the email was sent outside of the event, you wouldn't be able to decline the person. Does this make sense?
