Need auto feedback

When running sign up or coupons, need to have auto notice of client signin up or collecting coupon. We don't have constant contact open all day, some only use it twice a week, for us not to KNOW a client responded or clicked all the way thru hurts....time kills every deal...make some kind of notification that action or interest or coupon is needed. Thank you
