If I just mark them as paid, we don't know why. The customer gets the access code in their confirmation, and can pass it around to friends and co-workers.
Thanks for sharing this feedback! Are you having people pay on the side/giving them a "free" option or are they getting stuck and not completing payment?
Sometimes they get stuck. Sometimes they refuse to pay with Paypal. Sometimes they call us directly because they don't want to register online, they just want a person to assist them. Or, they walk in our door to register.
