I would really like to be able to schedule times on when my email will go out or at least pick a 2-3 hour window when it will go out. I REALLY don't want my emails going out after work hours or weekends since I'm doing a B2B business.
Hello, I have a gift to give people who sign on to my list - and I need to get that gift to them within a few minutes of their sign up. The autoresponder makes me wait at least 1 day - and this could mean I lose those people who want the information now - which most people do. We need a minutes option for the delay on the autoresponders. The point of the autoresponders is to send emails when we need them to go out without us having to attend the emails 24/7 correct? For this venture I am on to be effective, and allow me to continue with CC, I need as many people to receive their gifts ASAP. Increasing the conversion from potential client to paying client can often be dependent on how fast they received the promised goods. Thank you! **Removed Byt Moderator**
Thanks for sharing this feedback!
You should be able to have an exact send time instead of the 24-48 hours. It would also be nice to send it right away.
Thanks for posting this feedback!
I send Friday notes to subscribers. But i cannot use your autoresponder because it does not give me the option of sending on a certain date ...please add this function!
Great idea, thanks for posting!
I'm a B2B business would love to be able to select dates from a calendar when I want the emails to go out. And never on WEEKENDS!
Thanks for posting @S.NorwoodT !
We want to start using the Auto-Responder feature but we can only see a good use for it if we were able to schedule the auto-responder email for a specific day and time.
Right now, the only options for when to send is: immediately after contact is added to a list, hours after, days after, or weeks after. We don't see these as viable options
Looks like we may be overdue for an update on this thread. We've released a number of significant changes to automated campaigns since this was originally posted. Among those changes include the ability to set custom delivery windows to limit sending to certain times/days of the week. There is also no longer the 24-48 hour delay for sending when a contact joins a list. You can choose to send immediately after a contact joins a list if you'd like.
These changes are for automated series, birthday and anniversary emails follow a different scheduling flow, but we do know there is similar feedback for those emails.
