The "new" Survey Builder SUCKS!!!!! It's terrible. Slow, buggy, the "Done" and "Save" buttons either move around or disappear. Often my edits are not saved. Where is the Thank You page and location to edit it? Oh, doesn't appear there is one.

Because the experience you having with saving your survey campaign is not something all users are having, we would like to troubleshoot this further and collect the following details:

  • Browser you're working in, if this is happening in a different browser or a private/incognito window
  • Screenshot of your button moving/disappearing
  • Steps you're taking before your edit is not being saved

 

As for having the ability to edit the thank you page is a feature request we are actively tracking. We recommend sharing your need for this feature directly on its thread.
