Survey Name formatting

I need to be able to center the name of my Survey Name. It looks terrible for anyone to send out a survey with the title to the left, it should be centered. Please change this immediately.

it would be great if we could make the titles centered as opposed to left justification. Kind of looks weird if you have two lines that way.

Should allow for easy centering of headings of titles, etc. on the Greeting Page. More editing options in general would also be welcomed.
