Would be great if there was an option to view the individual results in a columnar fashion, i.e. table view with an option to select data fields as needed. The export to Excel option is not very efficient, at least in my opinion.
If I understand the question, my follow up would be that in getting individual survey responses thru the export, the only data we get about the individual is his/her email address. We should be able to customize the contact's fields that would be fed back to us along with their survey answers . . .OR . . .we must ask the individual the basic information (that is already in our contact list) such as their Company or City/State as part of the survey. That's the only way we can get other fields and as such, now I must compare the email address to the contact's record to include company name in my spreadsheet.
