Tracking "Decline" donations

Is there a way to track the donations that are given from a declined invitation? I know that we receive a notification from PayPal, but I was hoping I would be able to pull a report in Constant Contact as well. Is this a possibility?

There isn't a  way to see this data currently but this is great feedback for the future!
