Troubleshooting Registration Process When Using Paypal

Hi. It would be nice to be able to convert an abandoned event registration (abandoned because a PayPal transaction didn't work) instead of having to re-key/re-enter all info when helping the registrant try again. Often the registrant presses a wrong button during the PayPal process and doesn't even realize the transaction hasn't gone through. When they call me to ask if I have their registration/s, I often see their entered registration info in Constant Contact, but need to redo the entire process --- even though the info is in the CC system.
