add the ability to enter check # and rec'd date for event payments paid via check

I spoke with one of your representatives today who showed me how to change the payment status from pending to paid. However, it would be especially helpful for accounting purposes if we had the ability to enter a check number and date received for those event registrations that are paid by check rather than credit card. Thanks for considering the request!
