Add a Reservations category to Event Basics. Include fields for Reserve Online and Reserve by Phone and a small field for special instruction text. For example, I just added to the left column in my latest email "Reserve online" with link to hotel reservation page, and "Call for reservations xxx-xxx-xxxx and mention STI-SPFA". I didn't realize until today that this info doesn't show up in the email autotext, so recipients have to go to the event page from the email to find out how to make reservations at our special rate. Not good--I like to give recipients all the links they need up front. Thanks.
