We send out our customers a simple 10 question survey asking why they bought. The last question asks for any additional feedback. I get notices that we have "new responses" and when I go to the survey, look under "overall results" and then see the question and it says "number of responses" and then the link to "View Text Answers". HERE is the challenge. There is no way to see which ones are old/new. There is no "sort" button and it's not clear if the new ones are on top of the list or the bottom several pages back. A "Date" of response column would be great here! And by default show the newest ones first. We use the same survey for several months at a time and send out in batches to new customers. So, responses may come in over a long period of time.
